Boca Bayou is a 721-unit, waterfront condominium community located in the heart of beautiful, downtown Boca Raton, Florida. Boca Bayou has a 24-hour manned guardhouse, tennis courts, five (5) heated pools, a clubhouse, two (2) fitness centers, and boat docks, which can be rented when available. And, we now have free wi-fi in our clubhouse! This website contains community information for prospective owners and renters, but is primarily intended for use by our residents.
